By alert contacts

Contact-based routing sends each alert only to the people who need it.

Typical routing

• Infrastructure team — network gear, operating systems, virtualization.
• Application security — frameworks, libraries, development tooling.
• Incident response — everything Critical, individually delivered.
• Leadership — weekly summary, Critical only.

Set routing per contact under Settings → Alert contacts by attaching the contact to specific trackers or silos (planned).
