Creating and Using Silos
Silos keep different teams’ views independent: each silo has its own trackers, alert contacts and story history, while sharing the same underlying Cyber Report intelligence.
Creating a silo (planned)
Section titled “Creating a silo (planned)”- Open Settings → Silos and choose New silo.
- Name it for the team or environment it covers — for example “Corporate IT” or “Payment systems”.
- Move or create trackers inside the silo.
- Assign users to the silo with a role (see Enterprise user types).
Typical uses
Section titled “Typical uses”- By environment — production versus corporate IT versus OT.
- By team — infrastructure, application security, incident response.
- By client — managed service providers keep each client’s trackers, contacts and alert history separate.
What silos share
Section titled “What silos share”All silos see the same scored stories and the same evidence; a silo never changes scoring, sources or ranking — only which alerts fire and for whom.
