Every alert contact carries delivery settings. The three choices below can be mixed freely across your contacts.

Delivery	Best for
Individually	High and Critical alerts that need same-hour attention
Daily summary	Most teams — one message per day
Weekly summary	Leadership overviews and low-priority trackers

Delivery settings apply per contact, and criticality filters narrow what each contact receives.
