How important this development is for a typical organization, from 0 to 100. Importance combines severity, affected population, exploitability and practical attention-worthiness. It answers “how much does this matter?” — never “is this true?” — and it is a ranking tool, not a probability.

How well established the source reporting is, from 0 to 100. It reflects how firmly the captured sources document the central development — source quality, corroboration and completeness. High confidence means the reporting is solid; it does not mean the risk is severe.

How faithfully our summary conveys its source material, as a percentage of narrative fields fully supported by both independent reviews. 100 means every field’s claims trace cleanly to the captured sources.

Three separate questions with three separate numbers: a minor issue can be very confidently reported, and a major issue can rest on one early source. None of the three is ever a probability that a story is true, and unknown is always shown as unknown.
