Individual delivery
Section titled “Individual delivery”One message per alert, sent when the alert fires. Use for anything where minutes matter.
Daily summary
Section titled “Daily summary”One message each day, grouped by tracker, listing every alert that fired in the last 24 hours with its level and a one-line description.
Weekly summary
Section titled “Weekly summary”One message each week with the same grouping, plus a short trend note on what increased versus the prior week.
Choosing
Section titled “Choosing”Start with a daily summary for everyone and switch only Critical-level contacts to individual delivery — most teams find that one daily digest plus a handful of individual Critical alerts is the right balance.
